EVENT LANGUAGE: GERMAN
Austrian artist Thomas Feuerstein is showing his exhibition METABOLICA at the MQ Freiraum.
The cycle of works he has been working on since 2017 is being presented here in its entirety for the first time. Feuerstein transforms the space into a molecular factory: new materials are created from algae and their fatty acids, which are shaped into works of art and fed back into the cycle. The exhibition combines art and science and opens up new perspectives on resources, the circular economy and social visions of the future.
As part of the VIENNA ART WEEK, Thomas Feuerstein will guide visitors through the exhibition.
Meeting point: MQ Freiraum
Registration required: FULLY BOOKED.
