PRIVACY STATEMENT

ArtClusterVienna Verein zur Förderung kultureller Einrichtungen takes the protection of your data seriously. Data security and protecting your privacy when processing personal data are matters which are important to us and which we take into account in our business processes. We process your personal data exclusively in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.

  • 1.1. The controller of the data processing is ArtClusterVienna Verein zur Förderung kultureller Einrichtungen with registered office in Vienna.

    • —  the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for direct marketing purposes;
      • —  the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time;
      • —  the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (without prejudice to any other remedy).

 

2. Use of personal data that you provide to us for specific purposes, in particular to perform the contract, and that are necessary to fulfil such purposes

— The personal data collected/provided by you in the course of the conclusion of a contract are only used for the purposes of performing such contract.

— The data transmitted in the course of the customer service requested by you are only used in connection therewith and only to the extent required.

— The personal data are stored for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the relevant purpose or comply with statutory obligations.

— Failure to provide the data needed to perform the contract prevents the contract from being concluded.
If necessary, you are specifically informed of the purposes for which you are asked to provide personal data.

— Personal data will only be used for purposes beyond the customer service requested by you and/or the performance of the contract to the extent that we are legally permitted and/or obligated to do so or if you have given your consent to such use.
