EVENT LANGUAGE: GERMAN

The Heidi Horten Collection follows the idea of “learning systems” and addresses central questions of this year’s VIENNA ART WEEK as part of a tour through the exhibition Die Linie:

What can be learned from the past? Which systems need to be rethought? How can art help us to find new ways of thinking, sharing and growing together?

We take a look between the figurative, abstract, random or computer-generated, expansive, dividing and connecting lines of the exhibition. In doing so, we will explore the perspectives underlying the artistic works, which make feminist, post-colonial and capitalism-critical approaches visible and open up possibilities for learning – towards a society of equal togetherness.
