The Word

My painting reflects my innermost concerns, which I sometimes find difficult to put into words. There are many different interpretations of a painting depending on the viewer, which I find interesting because they represent different individual emotions and experiences, but always relate to human beings.

For example, the different interpretations of the naked woman in one of my paintings reflect different human experiences. It may first evoke the image of a woman, but it can also be interpreted as a symbol of vulnerability, censorship, courage, etc. It can evoke a person who has not yet reached her full potential, a person whose personal development has been put on hold, or a person whose independence is being awakened with perseverance and strength.

In terms of technique, I create paintings by applying invisible colors to analog photographic paper through analog photochemistry. This approach allows me to visually and technically portray characters and emotions related to my personal and cultural experiences.
