20 VIENNA ART WEEKS – 20 PROJECTS

Independent art spaces and projects are important program partners of the VIENNA ART WEEK. For the 20th anniversary, we are therefore inviting “Independent Spaces & Special Projects” in Vienna to submit their program proposals for participation in VIENNA ART WEEK 2024 until April 30, 2024. Submissions are open for program proposals on the theme of this year’s VIENNA ART WEEK, “Facing Time”. For further information on the theme, please see the curatorial text here.
Events organized by all program partners are to be held between Saturday, NOV 9 and Friday, NOV 15, 2024.
This year’s expert jury – consisting of Laura Amann (Curator Kunsthalle Wien), Julia Hartmann (Associate Curator VIENNA ART WEEK), Soli Kiani (Artist), Günther Oberhollenzer (Artistic Director Künstlerhaus Vereinigung) and Robert Punkenhofer (Artistic Director VIENNA ART WEEK) – will, for the 20th anniversary, select the most convincing 20 program proposals in terms of content and concept for participation in the VIENNA ART WEEK.
